Phase 1 – MVP Beta Launch (Q4 2025)
The first product version focuses on delivering real-world utility with core AI and payment functionality. This marks the beginning of user interaction with Spendler’s automated spending system.
Key milestones include:
Launch of Spendler Beta App (Android / Web)
AI Agent for spending suggestions and tracking
Basic QR payment module supporting SPDL and USDC
Telegram Mini-App for early community onboarding
Initial offline merchant onboarding (pilot region)
TGE and liquidity provisioning on BSC
First-tier CEX and DeFi platform listings
Phase 2 – Merchant & Card Integration (Q1–Q2 2026)
This phase bridges Web2 infrastructure with crypto by integrating physical commerce and payment networks. Spendler becomes usable in real-world offline stores with Web2 card compatibility.

Integration with Web2 card issuers (Visa, MasterCard, local fintechs)
Launch of Spendler-issued physical and virtual cards

This phase focuses on deeper automation and real-world data integration. Spendler evolves from payment routing into a complete AI-powered financial assistant.

AI Agent upgrade marketplace using SPDL
Cross-border payment feature with multi-currency support

Phase 4 – Global Rollout & DAO Governance (2027 and beyond)
The final phase involves global scaling and full community ownership of the ecosystem through DAO governance.

Advanced RWA-based KYB and trust scoring systems
Implementation of decentralized governance (DAO)
Launch of Spendler Labs for open AI Agent development via API
